To initiate a return, we kindly request that items be in their original condition, free from any signs of wear or use, and with all original tags still attached, neatly packaged just as they were received. For all returns, a Return Authorization (RA) number is required. To obtain this number, please reach out to us at email@example.com, providing essential details such as your company name, order number, reason for return, specific styles or pieces, and if possible, a photo of the item(s). Please note that RA requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise; any claims made beyond this period cannot be honored. Returns submitted without a valid RA number will not be processed, and credits will not be issued. We value your satisfaction, and our team is here to assist you throughout the return process.
